Hello and welcome! I’m James, and I’d be honored to help make your travel dreams a reality. My passion for exploring the world began early in life, starting with my service in the United States Marine Corps. My first official duty station was Okinawa, Japan—a place that sparked my love for adventure and discovery. Even though I was born in Germany, my earliest memories abroad are from Okinawa. While many Marines stuck to the base, I was out exploring the island by mountain bike or scuba diving nearly every weekend—a habit that’s followed me throughout my entire life. While I’m supposed to keep track of everywhere I’ve been, the list has grown so long, it’s become impossible to remember them all!
For two decades, I dedicated myself to foster care and have had the joy of adopting four wonderful children from the system. Now that my youngest is in school, I’m excited to embark on a new chapter—one that allows me to focus on both my family and my passion for travel. Friends and family often say I have a knack for planning unforgettable vacations, so it felt natural to channel that energy into helping others create lifelong memories through travel.
I have particular expertise in a few areas: traveling with large families (my record is eight kids!), cruising with a variety of cruise lines, and exploring all-inclusives or what I like to call “choose-your-own-adventure” trips. I’m always eager to broaden my horizons—because the more I experience, the better I can serve you on your journey.
